By accessing toultra.com or purchasing the 21-Day Presence Protocol ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the Course.
2. The product
The 21-Day Presence Protocol is a digital self-improvement course delivered through toultra.com. It consists of 21 daily exercises, an AI coach assistant, progress tracking, and supporting materials. All content is delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped.
The Course is designed for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, consult a licensed professional.
3. Access and accounts
Upon purchase, you receive an access code that unlocks the full 21-day program. This code is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your access code is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing — including the access code appearing on public forums, coupon sites, or social media.
4. Payment and pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method for the listed amount.
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Course — including text, exercises, design, methodology, branding, and the AI coach system prompt — is the intellectual property of ToUltra. Purchasing the Course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Course content
- Create derivative works based on the Course
- Use Course content to build a competing product
- Publicly perform or display Course materials
6. User conduct
When using the AI coach or any interactive features, you agree not to:
- Submit illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI coach
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
- Misrepresent your identity or purchase status
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results — individual outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. Self-improvement is a practice, not a promise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToUltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course or website. Our total liability for any claim related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Course ceases immediately. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
