1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased the 21-Day Presence Protocol directly from toultra.com
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
- You have completed at least the first 7 daily exercises (Days 1–7)
2. How to request a refund
Email support@toultra.com with:
- Your purchase email address
- Your order or access code
- The subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
3. What we ask in return
We'll ask you two short questions — not to challenge your refund, but to improve the course:
- What didn't work for you?
- What would have made it worth keeping?
Answering is optional. Your refund is not conditional on providing feedback — but it helps us make the protocol better for everyone who comes after you.
4. Refund limitations
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Refund abuse — multiple purchases and refund requests from the same person
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund
- Evidence that the course was completed or extensively accessed without a genuine refund reason
If you have an issue, reach out to us first — we'll make it right. Chargebacks hurt small businesses and are almost never necessary.
